Capstone Project for Bachelor of Arts in Education Management:

Students apply the knowledge and skills they have learned to develop a practical academic management plan, demonstrating competence in (1) strategic planning for school development, (2) managing teaching staff, (3) monitoring teaching quality, (4) managing finances and educational resources, (5) evaluating training effectiveness, and (6) applying technology in educational management. This content is also integrated into the six core courses of the program.

Upon graduation, students will receive:

  • Level 6 Diploma in Teaching and Learning from OTHM (UK government-recognized, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the UK ENIC/NARIC Band 9).
  • Bachelor of Arts in Education Management from SIMI Swiss.
  • Applicants who have completed two years of a university bachelor’s program or hold a Level 4/5 Diploma in education, training, or academic management, or related fields, seeking to complete a Top-up Bachelor’s degree.
  • Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in a different discipline who wish to obtain a second degree to broaden their knowledge and enhance their professional competencies in education management, academic leadership, or training program development.
  • Applicants without a College or Higher Education qualification, but with at least 5 years of professional experience in education, training, or academic management may apply through the APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) process.
  • English proficiency must be at least at CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) level B2 or IELTS 5.5
