Dual Qualification with OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Business Management

The Bachelor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management Top-up or Second Degree programme includes 7 compulsory modules +  1 Capstone Project in Logistics & Supply Chain Management major.

Compulsory Modules:

Capstone Project in Logistics & Supply Chain Management major (40 UK Credits):

Students apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired to develop an analytical–evaluative–problem-solving project in the field of logistics and supply chain management. The project demonstrates full competency in (1) analyzing logistics markets, B2B customer behavior, and operational data across the supply chain; (2) designing and evaluating supply chain models, including inventory, transportation, and international distribution based on global standards; (3) assessing logistics risks, warehouse operations, cross-border transportation, and international trade flows; (4) evaluating supply chain performance; (5) complying with industry standards and legal regulations in logistics, customs, international trade, and global supply chain operations; (6) applying digital technologies in logistics and supply chain management to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. This is also the content integrated into the 8 modules of the programme.

Upon graduation, students will receive:

  • Level 6 Diploma in Business Management from OTHM (UK government-recognized, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the UK ENIC/NARIC Band 9).
  • Bachelor in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from SIMI Swiss.
  • Applicants who have completed two years of a university bachelor’s programme or hold a Level 4/5 Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, economics, management, commerce, or related fields, seeking to complete a Top-up Bachelor’s degree.
  • Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in a different discipline who wish to obtain a second degree to broaden their knowledge and develop professional competencies in logistics, supply chain management, or international operations management.
  • Applicants without a College or Higher Education qualification, but with at least 5 years of professional experience in management, operations, logistics, or supply chain management, may apply through the APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) process.
  • English proficiency must be at least CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) level B2 or IELTS 5.5
