Capstone Project for Bachelor in Human Resource Management:
Students apply the knowledge and skills gained throughout the program to develop an analytical project that evaluates and solves real-world HR management problems. The project demonstrates full competence in (1) analyzing HR data and workforce performance, (2) designing and assessing modern HR management models, (3) managing human resource risks and organizational workforce risks, (4) evaluating talent, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management, (5) ensuring compliance with HR legislation and labor regulations, and (6) applying technology in HR management (HRIS, HR Analytics, AI in recruitment and training) to enhance organizational effectiveness. This is also the content integrated into the 8 modules of the programme.
Qualification Awarded
Upon graduation, students will receive:
- Level 6 Extended Diploma in Management (Managing People) from ATHE (UK government-recognized, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the UK ENIC/NARIC Band 9).
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management from SIMI Swiss.
Entry Requirements
- Applicants who have completed two years of a university bachelor’s programme or hold a Level 4/5 Diploma in economics, management, business, human resource management, or related fields, seeking to complete a Top-up Bachelor’s degree.
- Graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in a different discipline who wish to obtain a second degree to strengthen their knowledge and career prospects in human resource management.
- Applicants without a College or Higher Education qualification, but with at least 5 years of professional experience in human resource management, talent development, organizational administration or a related field, may apply through the APEL (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning) process.
- English proficiency must be at least CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) level B2 or IELTS 5.5
